“Path of Light Hub” and “Neo Joint Investment Group”
are misusing the “Neo” name and branding in connection with stock trading and investment activities.
We clarify that
Neo Group companies, their directors, and employees have no association whatsoever with these
groups, products, or schemes.
Clients and the general public are strongly advised not to engage with or rely on such groups and to exercise utmost caution against unauthorized investment offerings made in the name of Neo. |

It has come to our attention that certain WhatsApp/Telegram groups operating under the names
“Neo Wealth Senior VIP32 Team” and “VIP5 Seth Insider Trading”
are misusing the “Neo” name and branding in connection with stock trading and investment
activities. These groups are also promoting fraudulent mobile application named as "NEWWEALTH"
on Apple Store that mimic legitimate trading platforms, misleading users into depositing funds under
false pretenses.
We clarify that

To protect yourself from falling victim to their scams, we advise the following precautions:
• Be cautious of fake accounts that impersonate genuine trading/investments or influencers.
• Double-check the website URLs, reviews, privacy policy, terms & conditions and social media handles and review from the open source.
• Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading unauthorized applications from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram & other social media platforms.

• Report online cybercrime related incidents on https://www.cybercrime.gov.in and National Helpline Number 1930 or nearest police station.
